As a Sales Developement Rep, you will be the tip of the spear, connecting with prospective customers and uncovering new sales opportunities for our growing Sales team. You will be on the front lines every day, making cold calls and sending emails, so you must be comfortable talking to strangers, addressing questions and handling objections, effectively introducing prospects to our products and value proposition in pursuit of building our sales pipeline.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for running the outbound programs we’ve implemented, tested, and tweaked in Outreach.io. You will be on the front lines of Rechat’s sales efforts, driving awareness and interest in our products through cold calling and emailing. You will work very closely with our Account Executives to generate new sales opportunities and set your sales counterparts up for success by asking thoughtful questions and relaying insights.
