2021 was a year full of changes, opportunities, and challenges. As a company, we experienced some of our biggest victories and largest obstacles to date, and have embraced them as they showed up.
2022 presents opportunities to accomplish our goals with greater precision and develop new ones. We learned a lot more about our existing clients’ needs, what prospective customers are looking for, and what features to add.

Increased Focus on Mobile Usability
In 2022 we’ll be focusing more on the mobile usability of our app. Agents and brokers often juggle business communications on the go, meaning they don’t have the same benefits of sitting in front of a computer all day.
Upcoming versions of Rechat will include several features that bridge the gap between your office capabilities and mobile ones. You won’t need to delay as many key decisions until you’re back at your laptop.
Here are mobile app improvements and features you can expect in 2022:
- Release of Rechat iPad app
- Deal form editing
- Improved menu navigation
- Link to Rechat blog
- Enhanced search functionality
- More MLS integrations
Robust Content Marketing Plans
Up until recently, Rechat didn’t have a blog or any public-facing content (not including help center content). In Q4 of 2021, we launched our blog, newsletter, and got four blog posts published.
During the same period, we developed an editorial calendar to guide our blog content production for several months at a time. We’ll be publishing two new blog posts each week–one on Wednesdays and one on Fridays.
Our weekly newsletter will be sent on Wednesdays. It will contain Rechat announcements, new product features, fresh content, and more. You can join our newsletter by entering your email in the opt-in form on our blog.
Enhanced Training Resources
In 2021, our customers shared that they want more regular updates on new features and company news. To better serve our Rechat users, we will be regularly notifying you of product features, training opportunities, and company updates.
We also hired several staff members in 2021 who will bring our training capabilities to new heights. Be on the lookout for several announcements soon.
Our 2022 plans include the redevelopment of Rechat onboarding at brokerages of all sizes. Rather than selling our product without customized follow-up for customers, our new process will offer in-depth onboarding that drives agent adoption.
Downloadable Guides and eBooks
Our content marketing initiatives for 2022 include numerous eBooks, guides, and playbooks. We want to empower our users not only with the right tools but the smartest strategies, and providing content in several formats is one way we will achieve that.
Rechat eBooks will range from brief and simple to lengthy and intricate. Our goal is to serve real estate professionals’ multifaceted needs; from team management and company growth, to digital marketing and technological enhancement.
