The latest improvement to Rechat helps you find Deals more efficiently as an Admin.

Here’s what to know about this feature update:

  • The Side button allows you to refine your Deals based on Listings and Buying.
  • The Property Type button offers you the option to filter your Deals based on Sale and Lease models. By selecting a Property Type with individual subsets, the relevant filters will appear for an in-depth search. If you choose the Lease option, you can set the Begin and End date. If you select Sale, you can set the Executed and Closing date.

Agent Use Case

Find the exact Deal you need in a matter of seconds. Apply relevant filters to sort through however many properties you’re working with. Save time and reinvest it back into speaking with clients, marketing their properties, or finding listings.

Brokerage Use Case

Locate a specific Deal much faster than you could previously. Keep a closer eye on which Deals are at a specific stage, and offer help to your Team Leads or Agents if need be.
