Feature Release: Updated Contacts Format

We are excited to share our newest update within Rechat, Contacts . This update was released June 7th, 2022. With this update, you can now manage your Contacts’ information in an easy-to-view spreadsheet format!

Manage Contacts’ Info All in One Place

After years of interacting with Agents, we learned that Agents prefer using spreadsheets to update their Contacts’ data. We are pleased to inform you that you can now update your Contacts’ info this way on the Contacts page within your Rechat dashboard. This lets you view and make edits to the information for all of your Rechat Contacts in a familiar spreadsheet format. Simply clicking on any field in your Contacts’ info like Tags, Email, Phone, Flows, or Birthday allows you to update the information in real time.
