Feature Release: Managing Unsubscribed Contacts

Released on October 10, 2022 – Managing Unsubscribed Contacts

Rechat members can now easily find clients who have unsubscribed and delete them from their contacts. Here’s how to refine your contact list to reach only clients who want to hear from you:

  1. Filter your contacts by the tag  “Unsubscribed.”
  2. Take the necessary action with those contacts (delete or exclude from an email campaign).

As an added bonus, Rechat will automatically exclude unsubscribed contacts from future email campaigns.
