Released on June 14th, 2022 – Touch Reminders on the Contact level allows you to individually customize touch points with your clients.
Stay in touch with perspective clients, current and past clients in vital to an Agent’s success. Rechat has offered this at the Tag level but you are now able to set up reminders at the Contact level. Find “Manage Relationships” in the upper right hand corner of a client’s info within the Contacts page.
