New Approach to Rechat Workshops
This week the Rechat training team of Thomas Flinn and Kayla Simonzi launched three new workshops centered around real-life agent success stories, sharing with members how to use Rechat features to achieve similar results. These workshops were deep dives into three features: video clips, open house tools and agent newsletters.
“Showing agents how to click a button or use a tool is one thing, bringing them instant value and showing a real life success story is the WHY is another,” explained Flinn, who is Rechat’s Lead Customer Success Trainer. “I can say, ‘You should do this, you should do that’ 18,000 times, but when I say ‘Here’s how this agent made money by doing it,’ that’s when it clicks, that’s when an agent says, ‘Ahh I want to do that!’”
The approach offered insight and behind-the-scenes look at Rechat experiences from these agents:
- Joe Burns, of Coldwell Banker Lifestyles, a self-described non-tech guy, who discovered the magic of Rechat’s video clips and converted a chicken salad recipe into a $1.5 million deal.
- Maryam Gates, of 8z Real Estate, whose first-time experience using Rechat’s open house tool was a success – from design to registration to lead follow-up.
- Melinda Moore, of Nourmand & Associates, who as a brand new agent closed her first deal at $4 million by creating and sending a newsletter using Rechat.
“I love championing agents that share their success stories with us,” Flinn said. “We’re here to help an agent make more money and save more time, and seeing that and hearing those stories helps me to know we’ve done our jobs well.”
In addition to sharing the stories, the workshops also offered a list of helpful content ideas for agents that go beyond the obvious types of newsletter content or video social posts, to help spark creative energy.
