Rechat CEO Shayan Hamidi and the Rechat team are ready to talk real estate AI and beyond as they kick off their second annual T3 Tech Summit, T3 Sixty’s annual tech conference, held Oct. 23-25 at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel in Texas.

The event marks the unveiling of the third edition of T3 Sixty’s T3 Tech Guide, released to all attendees during the event, and then released publicly after. Rechat contributed to the T3 Tech Guide with a piece titled “60 Ways Artificial Intelligence Will Influence Residential Real Estate.” Rechat was also named among T3 Sixty’s Top 20 Companies to Watch earlier this month

As a special Rechat perk, you may download your T3 Tech Guide absolutely FREE! That’s a $150 value!

“This guide is part of T3 Sixty’s continuous effort to tune the signal from the noise, and to help leaders make better decisions based on intelligence, trends, the market’s numerous successes and failures, and the unrelenting promise of tomorrow,” writes T3 Sixty President and CEO Jack Miller.

The guide examines a variety of subjects, such as how technology is enabling newer business models, and how some companies are using coordination systems, artificial intelligence, and personalization to change both the experience of real estate and its efficiency, Miller explains.

Rechat’s section of the guide is specifically about AI, discussing the many ways AI has the potential to revolutionize the industry, from property valuations to customer engagement to marketing automations. Rechat recently launched Lucy, its AI-powered real estate copilot, to help increase agent productivity tenfold.

“According to T3 Sixty’s research, AI can execute around 80% of tasks, leaving the remaining 20% to agents for fine-tuning,” the article explains. “While AI is not without its imperfections—sometimes even producing errors—its advantages far outweigh these minor hiccups. Agents still play a crucial role in refining the work produced by AI.”

The T3 Tech Summit is an open registration technology summit for residential real estate industry CTOs, CMOs and martech focused. Attendees include executives from brokerage companies, franchisors, REALTOR® associations and MLS organizations and technology service providers.

For the second year in a row, Hamidi will serve as a pitch battle judge at the T3 Tech Summit, T3 Sixty’s annual tech conference, held Oct. 23-25 in Fort Worth, TX.

This year, eight companies specializing in artificial intelligence and brokerage technology will share their innovative strategies to save time for agents and brokers while creating more opportunities through the latest technology. The pitch battle event on Oct. 24 is a Shark Tank-style real estate competition introducing the latest entrepreneurs, hand-picked by T3 Sixty. During this exciting session, these companies will present their pitches, and two will advance to the finals on Oct. 25.

Categories for the T3 Tech Summit pitch battles include: Demand Generation, Lead Nurture & Conversion, Workflow & Automations and Client Experience & Engagement.

Since serving as a judge at last year’s pitch battle during the inaugural T3 Tech Summit, Hamidi had the unique opportunity of also being a pitch battle participant at the iOi Summit in Miami in late August of this year. Hamidi took center stage to introduce “Lucy,” Rechat’s AI-powered personal assistant, in a dynamic and interactive presentation to judges and a crowd of real estate investors. Rechat was selected by the National Association of REALTORS® as one of 12 finalists to compete at the event in Miami.
